Question 1

How do I buy Brawl Stars gems on 1RBX?

Enter your player tag (#XXXX), pick a gem pack and pay. Gems credit to that tag. No Supercell password.

Where is my Brawl Stars tag?

Accepted Answer

In-game profile → a tag like #2PP. Copy it with no spaces. We never ask for email, QR or an app code.

Question 3

Do you need my Supercell ID password?

Accepted Answer

No. Tag only. 1RBX never signs into the account and never asks for an email code.

Question 4

Is this safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 1RBX is not affiliated with Supercell. Delivery to the tag after payment, no password.

Question 5

Gems did not arrive. What now?

Accepted Answer

Check the tag on the order and message support with the order number. After payment the order is processed in your profile.
