Privacy Policy

1. Definitions

1.1. This Privacy Policy uses the following terms:

1.1.1. “Site Administration” means authorized staff acting for 1rbx.gg who organize and/or process personal data and determine the purposes, scope and operations of processing.

1.1.2. “Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” means any operation or set of operations with personal data, with or without automation, including collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” means the duty of the Operator or any other recipient not to disclose personal data without the data subject’s consent or another lawful basis.

1.1.5. “User” means a person who accesses the Site via the internet and uses the store.

1.1.6. “Cookies” means a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the User’s device, returned in later HTTP requests.

1.1.7. “IP address” means a unique network address of a node on an IP network.

2. General provisions

2.1. Using the Site means the User agrees to this Privacy Policy and to processing of their personal data.

2.2. If the User disagrees, they must stop using the Site.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to 1rbx.gg. The store does not control and is not liable for third-party sites reached via links on the Site.

2.4. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.

2.5. Orders may be paid with VISA, Mastercard, MIR or via Apple Pay, YuMoney, QIWI or PayPal (PayPal only for buyers outside the Russian Federation). To pay, you are redirected to the payment provider where you enter the required data. Card security is guaranteed by the processing center. Confidential card data does not enter the store — it is processed by the provider and protected under PCI DSS.

3. Subject of the privacy policy

3.1. This Privacy Policy sets the Site Administration’s duty not to disclose personal data the User provides when registering or placing an order.

3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Policy is provided by filling in the registration form on the 1rbx store and includes:

• First and last name
• Email address

3.3. The store protects data automatically transmitted while viewing ads and visiting pages:

• IP address
• Cookie information
• Browser (or other program used to display ads)
• Access time
• URL of the page with the ad unit
• Referrer (previous page URL)

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may block access to parts of the Site that require authorization.

3.3.2. The store collects visitor IP statistics to diagnose technical issues and to check the lawfulness of payments.

3.4. Any other personal information not listed above (purchase history, browsers and OS, etc.) is stored securely and not disclosed except as in clauses 5.2 and 5.3.

4. Purposes of collecting personal information

4.1. The Site Administration may use the User’s personal data to:

• Identify a registered User to place a remote order on https://1rbx.gg.
• Provide access to personalized Site resources.
• Communicate with the User, including notices and requests about the Site, services, and User tickets.
• Confirm accuracy and completeness of personal data.
• Create an account for purchases if the User consented.
• Notify the User about order status.
• Process and receive payments and handle payment disputes.

5. Processing methods and periods

5.1. Personal data is processed without a fixed term, by any lawful means, including in personal-data information systems with or without automation.

5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration may transfer personal data to third parties, in particular payment systems used to pay for the order.

5.3. Personal data may be transferred to authorized public authorities as required by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

5.4. If personal data is lost or disclosed, the Site Administration informs the User.

5.5. The Site Administration takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful acts.

5.6. The Site Administration and the User take all necessary steps to prevent losses caused by loss or disclosure of personal data.

6. Obligations of the parties

6.1. The User must:

• Provide the personal data needed to use the Site.
• Update that data if it changes.

6.2. The Site Administration must keep the User’s personal data confidential and protect it under this Policy and applicable law.

7. Liability

7.1. If the Site Administration fails its duties, it is liable for losses caused by unlawful use of personal data under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

7.2. The Site Administration is not liable for loss or disclosure of confidential information if that information:

• Became public before the loss or disclosure.

8. Dispute resolution

8.1. Before filing a court claim, a written proposal for voluntary settlement (a claim) is mandatory.

8.2. The recipient of the claim notifies the sender of the outcome in writing within 30 calendar days.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be heard by a court under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

9. Additional terms

9.1. The Site Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect when published on the Site unless the new edition states otherwise.
