Question 1

How do I buy Telegram Stars?

Accepted Answer

Enter your public @username — with or without @. Pick at least 50 Stars and pay. Stars land on your Telegram account.

Question 2

Why is the card window 50–5,000 Stars?

Accepted Answer

From 50 Stars. Cards and SBP up to 5,000. Larger orders are crypto only — so a card chargeback cannot land after delivery.

Question 3

What if I pay with crypto?

Accepted Answer

Crypto works for any order, and large orders are crypto-only. A crypto transfer cannot be undone.

Question 4

Which Telegram login do you need?

Accepted Answer

A public username such as @durov — with or without @. Not a phone number and not the display name. If the account does not exist, checkout stays closed.

Question 5

How do I buy a Telegram subscription?

Accepted Answer

Pick 3, 6 or 12 months. The subscription lands on the same @username. Pay by any method: SBP, card or crypto — no limit.

Question 6
