Terms of Service

1. Definitions

“Operator” means the rights holder of https://1rbx.gg and a party to this Agreement. The Operator administers the portal and grants Users access to the portal and services (including paid services) on the terms of this Agreement.

“User” means a natural person who visits the portal or takes part in projects of https://1rbx.gg. The User, like the Operator, is a party to the Agreement.

“Portal” means the software and hardware systems hosted on the Operator’s resources. Users access the portal only through the Operator. All rights to use the portal belong solely to the Operator.

“Site” means the website at https://1rbx.gg.

“Services” means granting Users access to the Portal, its features and projects on the terms of the Agreements. Operator services are free except Additional Paid Services. All Services are provided only inside the Portal while the User is using it.

“Additional Paid Services” means extra Portal features provided for a fee. They are optional and provided at the User’s request. Paid services are also provided only inside the Portal.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Operator grants an unlimited number of persons access to the Portal (Services, including Paid Services) on the terms of this Agreement.

Additional Paid Services are optional extra features provided for a fee at the User’s request, exclusively inside the Portal.

3. When the Agreement takes effect

3.1. From acceptance, the User has the rights and duties stated in this Agreement.

3.2. The User accepts this Agreement by registering at https://1rbx.gg. Acceptance means full and unconditional consent to all terms and annexes.

3.3. If the User disagrees with any term, they must stop using the Site.

3.4. The Site may be used only after the User accepts this Agreement.

3.5. By accepting, the User confirms legal capacity to enter this Agreement. The Operator is not obliged to verify registration data.

3.6. If using https://1rbx.gg requires an account, the User must register with current, complete and accurate information. Where partner programs are announced, a registered User may take part in contests and giveaways on https://1rbx.gg.

4. Rights and obligations

4.1. User rights. The User may:

• Use the Portal for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Use all services and resources provided by the Operator, including Additional Paid Services.
• Contact support through the listed contacts or the feedback form.
• Use the Site and Portal projects free of charge except Additional Paid Services.

4.2. User obligations. The User must:

• Provide accurate information at registration.
• Keep the account secure and not share access with third parties.
• Provide proof of personal data on the Operator’s request.
• Follow Operator instructions within the Portal.
• Respect the Operator’s copyright and intellectual property on the Portal.
• Comply with this Agreement in full.
• Use the Portal for entertainment, not to extract commercial gain from the Portal itself.

4.3. The User may not:

• Exploit bugs, gain unauthorized access to databases or systems, or alter code. Malware and software that gives an unfair advantage are forbidden. The Operator may apply sanctions, including a ban and account deletion.
• Restrict other Users’ access to the Site.
• Commit fraud or other unlawful acts.
• Advertise unrelated products without the Operator’s written consent.
• Use abusive language, threats, or materials promoting violence, racial or religious hatred, pornography, drugs, or violent overthrow of government.
• Run anti-advertising of the Portal, including off-site.

The User agrees that rights and duties may be changed by the Operator with notice via the contacts given at registration (or on the Site).

4.4. Operator rights. The Operator may:

• Expand, change, stop or limit Services, including Paid Services, at any time without prior notice.
• Manage all Portal processes at its discretion, including pausing them without notice.
• Apply sanctions for breaches of this Agreement.
• Delete or edit User information posted on the Portals.
• Collect identification and statistical information about the User.
• Send technical, marketing and other Portal-related messages.
• Warn the User about breaches; Operator instructions must be followed.
• Modify the Portal without prior notice.
• Later apply sanctions even if a breach was not acted on immediately.

4.5. Operator duties: answer User questions and take reasonable steps to settle disputes.

4.6. The Operator is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect losses from using or being unable to use the Portal, third-party conduct, or unauthorized access to personal data.
• User statements, information or unlawful acts on or off the Portal.
• Registration data or lost access (login, password, etc.).
• Loss of virtual items obtained through Services or Paid Services.
• Payment for Paid Services and related costs.
• Uninterrupted Portal operation.
• The User’s internet access or data speed.

4.7. The Operator does not warrant:

• Continuous, reliable, error-free Portal operation or access to Services, including Paid Services.
• That the Portal will fully meet the User’s expectations.
• That Service quality will match the User’s expectations.

The Operator is not obliged to produce documents proving a User breach or the sanctions applied.

The User uses the Portal at their own risk, voluntarily, understanding the risks, and has no monetary claims against the Operator on that basis.

5. Confidentiality and security

5.1. Confidential information is data obtained during registration, visits and participation in Portal events.

5.2. Confidential information is not disclosed or transferred to third parties except as stated below.

5.3. Personal data may be transferred only:

• On an official request from law-enforcement authorities.
• At the User’s own request.
• When Services cannot be provided (the User is notified in advance).
• In case of Agreement breaches, at the Operator’s discretion.

5.4. The Operator protects personal data with dedicated software. If third parties gain unauthorized access, confidentiality is not guaranteed.

6. Additional paid services and payment

6.1. At the User’s request the Operator may provide an additional paid service — extra Portal features, including in-game currency credited to the account.

6.2. Additional Paid Services are not required to use the Portal or take part in its projects.

6.3. Once funds are charged, the Paid Service is deemed fully and properly delivered.

6.4.1. If the Operator fails to deliver goods or services within 30 business days, a full refund is made to the wallet used for payment.

6.5. The User agrees the Operator may store personal information obtained when purchasing Paid Services.

6.6. The list and prices of Paid Services are published only by the Operator on the Site. Offers on third-party sites are fraud; the Operator is not liable for them.

6.7. How to buy Paid Services is explained on the Site.

6.8. The Operator does not explain how payment systems work and is not liable for their operation.

6.9. If Paid Services were delivered without a full charge due to a technical fault or User actions, the User must report it and pay the outstanding amount.

6.10. Unused or partly used Paid Services are not refunded.

6.11. The User bears all costs of buying Paid Services, including fees and charges.

6.12. The User warrants they have legal authority to enter this Agreement as to Paid Services.

6.13. Users under 18 must obtain a legal guardian’s consent before paying. Completing a purchase confirms that consent. The Operator may request written proof and ID to verify age.

6.14. Liability for Paid Services rests with the User and their legal guardians.

6.15. Disputes about purchase liability with the Operator are not permitted.

6.16. Paid Services are delivered only after full payment.

6.17. Payment procedure

6.17.1. Accepted cards: VISA, Mastercard, MIR. When paying by card the User is sent to the bank authorization page to enter card type, number, expiry, cardholder name (as on the card) and CVC2/CVV2.

6.17.2. If 3-D Secure is enabled, the User is redirected to the issuing bank for authentication. Rules of extra identification are available from the issuing bank.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

All Portal services are provided “as is”. The Portal disclaims warranties regarding services or virtual items.

Excessive computer use, including gaming, may harm health. The User or their guardians must monitor health and stop or limit use if there are contraindications.

The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or other damages (including lost profits) from gaming services, the Site, materials, or third-party acts including fraud or negligence.

8. Additional provisions

8.1. If the User may not use the Portal under local law or other restrictions (including age), they must stop using it. The User is responsible for use in their country under local and international law.

8.2. Invalidity of one clause does not invalidate the Agreement. The parties continue to perform the remaining terms.

8.3. Disputes are first settled out of court by correspondence. If mediation fails, they are resolved under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

8.4. The Operator may amend this Agreement without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on the Site. The User must check the published text. Failure to check is not a reason to refuse obligations. The published revision has the same force as the original.
