Trade safety on the Market

Trade outside the official market is high-risk zone. On 1RBX safe exchange goes through escrow with fixed order status: you see the lot, pay on 1rbx.gg, and do not give Roblox password to anyone.

Most trade scams look like "convenience": faster in Discord, cheaper in DMs, "I am server admin, I will verify account." Convenience without safe costs a pet or balance. Rules below are not bureaucracy but a short filter that cuts 90% of schemes before payment.

For parents one rule for a child is enough: item exchange only through 1RBX market. Friends from the game, classmates, and "verified traders" from chat are not exceptions.

Golden rules

If the deal breaks even one point — stop. Escrow does not fix exchange you moved off-site yourself.

• Deal only through 1rbx.gg — not Discord, not in-game DMs, not "mirror with discount."
• Verify item name, game, and lot screenshot before payment, not after.
• Do not follow links "to verify account," "confirm trade," "login for transfer."
• Save order ID until "Complete" status — key for support.
• Roblox password not needed for trade, top-up, or "delivery speed-up."

Lot check before payment

Escrow protects deal execution, not inattention. Wrong pet, different game, or "similar name" — common disappointment easily closed in 20 seconds.

Open the card: name, rarity, game, price. Compare with what seller promises in chat. If chat says one thing and lot another — trust the 1RBX lot. After payment arguing "he promised legendary" without card match is harder.

• Item name copied visually from card, not from Discord message.
• Game matches: same pets in different titles cost differently.
• Lot screenshot not cropped to hide stats.
• Price on site, not "negotiable in DMs after payment."

Red flags in chat

"You send first," "give password for verification," "pay to personal card" — stop signals. Legitimate market never asks password and does not accept payment outside checkout.

Time pressure ("lot leaves in 2 minutes, send Robux in DMs") — classic. On 1RBX lot is either available on card or not; messenger timer does not make deal safer. Polite tone is not proof either: scammers copy support scripts.

• Request to log in on a "similar" site with password form.
• Payment to friend, "manager," or individual card.
• Demand to disable 2FA "so trade goes through."
• Promise of +15 R$ bonus outside 1RBX calculator — bonus only on top-up, not gray trades.

Why escrow only

Without middleman dispute becomes screenshot ping-pong. Each side has its evidence set and platform cannot fairly judge what it did not see. Escrow creates shared log: payment, lot, status, participants.

If seller offers "I traded this way a hundred times, why site fee" — they sell risk, not discount. Escrow fee is cheaper than lost legendary pet. For kids simpler: without teacher at swap meet toy may not come back.

If something went wrong

Open ticket with order ID and screenshots. Do not continue deal off-platform — that removes escrow protection. Do not send "top-up" or create second order to same person directly.

In ticket specify Roblox username, what should arrive, current status, payment time. Support 24/7 reviews platform logs. Less DIY in Discord after failure — higher chance of correct outcome.

30-second checklist

Before any Roblox item exchange run the list. If a point fails — no trade.

Safe trade is boring: site, escrow, status, support. That is why it works. Flashy "no middleman" schemes leave them to scammers.

• Official domain 1rbx.gg open, not tab from random link.
• Lot, game, and price match what you want to buy.
• Payment only through site, order ID saved.
• Nobody asked password and you did not enter it anywhere.
• Family limit: large purchase agreed with parent.
