Roblox username rules before you pay

Username is only needed for delivery. 1RBX does not request or store Roblox passwords. Gift Card and GamePass delivery, box withdraw, and market escrow payout go to the public username you enter on 1rbx.gg.

Public username is not "account access." It is the delivery address, like a branch number for a parcel. One wrong letter is the main reason Robux "did not arrive" though SBP, MIR, or crypto payment cleared. Check username twice before payment, not after a ticket.

Why username is required

Public username lets us deliver Gift Card or run GamePass purchase without account access. Same for market items: escrow closes on the username in the order. Username error is the main delay cause, so match spelling to the Roblox profile letter by letter.

Why Roblox password is not needed

Password gives full account access. 1RBX never needs it at any step: calculator, checkout, boxes, market. If a form or "manager" asks for password, email code, or 2FA — that is not official 1rbx.gg.

What is stored

How to verify username before payment

Open Roblox profile, copy username, paste into 1RBX calculator. If UI flags an error — do not pay. For GamePass also verify the pass is on the same account whose username you entered.

Buying for a child: child's username, not yours. "Two accounts" — two separate orders with different usernames, not one payment with username edited after charge. Do not duplicate payment if you noticed a typo already in processing: order ID to 24/7 support immediately.

Data deletion

You can request personal data deletion through support after all orders are complete. Request is processed by 1RBX account ID and ticket. You cannot "erase username from an already delivered order" to redirect Robux: delivery is tied to the fact of payout.

While an open order or escrow dispute exists, delivery closes first, then deletion request. Write from the 1RBX account where orders were created. Official channel — 1rbx.gg site, not a random form on a mirror.

If you mistyped username after payment

Do not create a second payment to the "correct" username while the first is unresolved. Open 24/7 ticket with order ID, wrong and correct username, payment time. If delivery already went to the (wrong) username entered, fix depends on status — support resolves from logs, not repeat payment.
