Crypto networks without losing funds

Crypto payment on 1RBX is convenient for large amounts, but it requires the network and address to match. A network mistake is almost always an irreversible loss — the bank will not "cancel" a transfer the way it can a card payment.

Rule number one: network = network

The network on checkout must match the network in your wallet character for character. USDT on TRC-20 cannot be sent to an ERC-20 address, even if the ticker and amount match. Bitcoin is not sent to an address issued for a different coin.

If your wallet does not have the required network — do not "pick something similar." Change the network in your wallet or choose another method on 1RBX (SBP or MIR card). Recalculate the rate and final Robux in the calculator: the first-order bonus is a fixed +15 R$, not a percentage of the USDT amount.

Before sending: address, amount, fee

Copy the address with the button, do not type it manually. Compare the first and last 4–6 characters on the checkout screen and in the wallet. The amount to send is the one shown in the order; the network fee is charged on top by the wallet and cannot be deducted from the 1RBX amount by eye.

How long to wait for confirmations

Order status updates after the required number of network confirmations, not the moment you tap send in the wallet. TRC-20 is usually faster than Ethereum; Bitcoin depends on the fee you set. While confirmations are pending, do not send a second transfer or create a new order for the same amount.

Open your 1RBX profile and a blockchain explorer by txid. If the transfer is visible on-chain but the site status is still empty — that is a normal delay, not a reason to duplicate. Contact 24/7 support if noticeably more time than usual for that network has passed, and attach the txid.

If you sent to the wrong network or address

Immediately save the txid, a wallet screenshot, and the order ID. Contact your wallet/exchange support and the 1RBX chat. Recovery is not guaranteed: many networks do not allow "returning" a transfer to a wrong contract.

The faster the ticket with facts, the higher the chance review starts while the transaction is still in the mempool or at a low confirmation count. Do not publish your seed phrase and do not enter your Roblox password "for verification." The username is enough for delivery.

Crypto, Gift Card, and GamePass

Crypto pays for the order but does not change delivery rules. For a first purchase, Gift Card is often chosen — fewer settings. For repeat orders, GamePass is more convenient. Both options on 1RBX work without account access.
