Why withdrawal is not available
Balance is a tool for paying for digital goods inside the 1RBX ecosystem. The restriction lowers fraud risk and speeds up legitimate order handling.
What to do with unused balance
Unused balance stays on your account until you spend it. If there is a dispute over a mistaken provider charge — contact support with a receipt; do not treat balance withdrawal like a bank cash-out.
