Public purchase and drop feeds on 1RBX may show usernames in a shortened form. This lowers unwanted attention to your account while the full nickname is kept for correct Robux or item delivery.

- On your order card in your profile.
- To support when handling a ticket.
- In a Gift Card email or code if you entered an email at checkout.
Where the username may be shortened
The live feed on the home page, public activity blocks, and some marketing widgets may mask part of the characters. Display rules may be updated — support can confirm the current policy.
How to protect your privacy
- Do not post screenshots with your full username and Gift Card code.
- Do not share your order ID in public chats.
- If a purchase appears in the feed and you want to clarify masking — contact support.
Connection to delivery
A wrong username breaks delivery more than feed display. Before paying, match your nickname to your Roblox profile character for character, including case.
