The Roblox username on a 1RBX order must match your profile character for character. Even one extra space or wrong case stops delivery. Gift Card activation does not go to a “wrong account” scenario the same way, but GamePass and market are hit harder.
Before payment
- Copy the nickname from your Roblox profile.
- Check case and special characters.
- Match the preview in the calculator.
After payment, before delivery
- Open support chat immediately.
- Provide order ID and correct username.
- Do not create a second order.
After delivery
Changing the recipient may be impossible: the code is already redeemed or the item transferred. The sooner you open a ticket, the better the chance of correction.
