After successful payment, the Gift Card code appears in your 1RBX account. If there is no email, check your profile first — that is the primary delivery source.
Where to find the code
- Profile → purchases / order history.
- Gift inventory.
- Email entered at checkout (Inbox, Spam, Promotions).
No code in the account
- Refresh the page and check payment status.
- Confirm the order is Gift Card, not GamePass.
- If payment status is successful — open a ticket with the order number.
Tip
Bookmark the inventory page if you buy often: it is the fastest way to find new codes and market delivery links.
