1RBX support runs 24/7 but response speed depends on completeness of first message. One ticket with facts beats five short "where are my Robux" without ID.

Chat never asks Roblox password or "log in from phone." Delivery goes by public username. If DMs say "1RBX support, send password" — scam, official contour on 1rbx.gg domain.

While ticket open do not create second order or pay again. Duplicate SBP, MIR, or crypto does not speed review and complicates refund.

What to include upfront

First message should close log search: which order, which username, how paid, when.

• Order ID from 1RBX profile — main field.
• Roblox username without typos as in order.
• Delivery method: Gift Card or GamePass.
• Payment method: SBP, MIR card, or crypto; approximate payment time.
• Order status screenshot and bank receipt / transaction hash.

Common questions and self-check first

Delivery delay, wrong username, stuck payment — each scenario has its checklist. Write what you already verified so basic steps are not repeated in a loop.

• Profile status: awaiting payment, processing, delivery, complete.
• Username matches Roblox profile — not in-game display name.
