Tour of profile orders

Your 1RBX account dashboard is the control center for purchases. Order history, bonuses, referrals, and quick support access live here. Roblox password is not stored or requested in the dashboard: login on 1rbx.gg and delivery by username are separate flows.

After payment the profile answers "what is happening with my order," not random chat. Status, ID, Gift Card or GamePass method, amount, and username are in one place — convenient for player and parent holding family spending limit.

Below — map of sections: orders, bonuses, referrals, card vault, market, and how to open a ticket from dashboard without losing ID.

Orders section

Each order has ID, amount, delivery method, and status. Click opens details — easy to paste ID in ticket without retyping from bank receipt.

Check username on order card: if typo noticed on "Pending" or "Processing" status, write support immediately. Do not create second order while first is live. For GamePass in details verify pass price must match order exactly.

How to read statuses

Status is the platform short language. Do not refresh payment "just in case" if you see processing: common cause of duplicates.

• Pending / payment — charge still confirming with bank or network.
• Processing — Gift Card or GamePass delivery, or pass verification.
• Complete — check balance in Roblox; still save ID.
• Needs review — open details and ticket, do not send password.

Bonuses and referrals

Bonus layer is separate from calculator rate but visible in profile. First order with fixed +15 R$ shows in delivery total, not +15% of check.

If +15 R$ not visible on first order, do not pay second "to catch bonus." Verify calculator and write chat with ID. Referrals do not cancel market escrow rule: item still bought on site, not DMs.

• Daily bonus — claim reward and track streak, do not confuse with +15 R$.
• Referral link — copy from profile, not random reposts.
• Credit history — transparent log, easy to show parent.
• Promos and seasonal windows duplicate in Journal but credit fact is in dashboard.

Gift Card vault and market

If method is Gift Card, code and activation status live in related dashboard sections. Do not publish code in Discord. For market profile shows escrow deals: lot, status, dispute ID.

Mixing "box balance," "top-up," and "pet lot" in your head hurts. In dashboard these are different histories. Open the right card, do not hunt number "somewhere in email."

Quick actions and support

Repeat order, jump to calculator, and support chat — from profile without menu hunt. Bookmark 1rbx.gg so you do not land on phishing mirror from DMs.

• Repeat: copy username again, do not rely on memory.
• GamePass: before repeat verify pass price with new calculation.
• Ticket: order ID, username, method, time — no password and no screenshots of others' cards.

30-second habit after payment

Open profile, confirm order appeared, copy ID, do not close tab until status is stable. Parent can keep 1RBX login theirs while child username is only delivery field.

Dashboard replaces "so where are my Robux" chatter. If status stuck longer than usual for method — write 24/7. Profile exists so deal, bonus, and support live on one domain, not random chats.
