Every order on 1RBX goes through clear profile statuses. Knowing stages removes unnecessary worry and shows when to contact support vs when to wait for bank confirmation.
Status is source of truth for your payment, not friend chat screenshot. Order created by public username, Roblox password not needed. Gift Card and GamePass share status feed but behave differently at delivery stage.
Until status is final do not create second order. Duplicate SBP, MIR, or crypto payment does not move processing to complete faster and gives two charges.
Main statuses
UI labels may be shorter, meaning is one: money, prep, delivery, close.
- Awaiting payment — order created, bank or crypto network not confirmed yet.
- Processing — payment cleared, delivery prep (Gift Card activation or GamePass verification).
- Delivery — Robux or item en route to account by username.
- Complete — everything credited, order closed. Check balance after this status.
How long to wait at each stage
Gift Card usually faster: no pass price. GamePass may take a bit longer for visibility and price match. Peak hours add minutes on 3-D Secure and SBP, not hours of "lost order."
Benchmark: do not compare your timer to someone else's screenshot. Watch method in order. If stuck on awaiting payment but money left — attach receipt in chat, do not open new calculator.
What to do in each status
Actions differ. Confusion "I already paid, let me pay again" almost always from awaiting or processing.
- Awaiting payment — finish payment in one window or wait for webhook; no second order.
- Processing — do not change GamePass (price, visibility) or username.
- Delivery — verify username; balance may appear after short Roblox UI delay.
- Complete — verify Robux. If number missing — ticket with ID, not new payment.
When to contact support
If status unchanged longer than usual for your method — open 24/7 chat with order ID, username, method (Gift Card/GamePass), payment time, receipt screenshot.
First order: note if fixed +15 R$ line was in calculator (not percent). For market attach listing ID and stay in escrow, not DMs. Do not send password.
Cancel, username error, method change
Username typo during processing — write immediately, do not wait for complete to wrong account. Cannot switch Gift Card to GamePass after payment with a button: different delivery scenario, support resolves by ID.
Domain 1rbx.gg must match where order was created. Status on mirror is not your delivery status.
