Payment stuck: do this first

Sometimes bank shows charge while 1rbx.gg checkout still spins. Not always site failure: usually provider and bank still sync status while order already exists in profile.

Repeat Pay click at that moment is the most expensive mistake. Second payment creates duplicate: support must resolve two transactions instead of one, refund takes longer than waiting 5–15 minutes.

Why status hangs

Checkout waits for provider response. Bank may hold 3-D Secure, SBP waits for app confirm, crypto waits network confirmations. Until response arrives page looks dead though money may be in transit.

Peak hours (Friday evening, Roblox season starts) queue bank side, not 1RBX rate. Username typo, closed tab during 3-D Secure, or weak mobile internet also give "stuck" screen. Fixed by waiting and profile check, not second payment.

First 10 minutes: do not break the order

Check bank notifications: SMS, push, 3-D Secure screen. If bank asks confirm — confirm. If charge already in card or SBP history — do not create new order "just in case."

If money charged but Robux not yet

Bank charge ≠ instant delivery. Order gets payment status first, then Gift Card or GamePass delivery to username. Until Complete Roblox balance may not change — normal.

Receipt screenshot, order ID, payment time resolve 90% of tickets. 24/7 support matches transaction with provider and never asks account password. If you already paid second time — write both IDs immediately, do not wait "until it sorts itself."

What to write to 24/7 support

One ticket with facts beats ten "when Robux" messages. Include order ID from 1rbx.gg, Roblox username, method (SBP / MIR / crypto), amount and time. Attach crypto hash or bank receipt if available.

• Public username delivery should reach.
• Payment method and amount bank or wallet charged.

Why you cannot duplicate payment

Duplicate is two independent orders. Even if first "wakes up" in a minute second may also clear. Refund goes through provider, not one-click cancel. While first processing new checkout does not speed delivery.
